Jo Walker
Accounts Receivable
Jo Walker is an accounts receivable clerk and secondary insurance biller with TOP REHAB, where she has been employed for a total of 8 years. Working in various health provider offices for nearly 40 years has given Jo a solid foundation to work all aspects of the health care office.
Jo is a very detail-oriented individual who believes in and strives for keen accuracy of applying insurance and patient payments to customer accounts. Jo also aides in the secondary billing process.
Elizabeth Hambrick
Insurance Pre-certification
Elizabeth has worked at TOP Rehab Services for 13 years as an insurance pre-certification clerk. Her past work experience includes retail management, inventory control in both retail and manufacturing. She has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Motlow. Elizabeth is a Mom/ Stepmom to 6 children and a Mimzy to 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. She has been married for 6 years and enjoys time with her family, being outdoors, playing games, fishing, being a football Mom and a Mimzy to her grandkids.
Windi Jones
Billing
Windi is our Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist. She works with insurance companies to ensure proper processing of medical claims. She is also responsible for collecting all patient account balances. She has over 25 years’ experience in collections. As the parent of a special needs child, Windi also has the knowledge, experience and compassion to help families navigate Tenncare applications. She also has resources to help with outside funding via grants and other programs to supplement therapy costs that insurance may not cover. Windi resides with her family in Tullahoma. They enjoy spending time on the lake and vacationing at the beach.
Rebecca Slack
Patient Coordinator/ Front Desk
Rebecca is the Patient Coordinator at Top Rehab. Her job includes coordinating all patient’s schedules, as well as contacting physician offices. She has been with TOP Rehab since 2014. She has been in the medical field for 10 years after being in retail for 13 years.
Rebecca is the wife of a Retired Navy Petty Officer. She has two sons, one who was previously in the Coast Guard, and one who is currently serving Active Duty. She is very proud to have one beautiful granddaughter. Rebecca is an avid lover of lighthouses and Dachshunds. She spends her spare time on her farm with her cattle, dogs and ducks. Her main priorities in life are God and her family.

Shannon Lowry

Shannon is the Accounts Receivable Manager and has been with TOP Rehab for 6 years. Her job includes interviewing new patients and reviewing patient’s insurance benefits with them at the time of their evaluation. She has been in the medical field for over 10 years, with past experience being in medical billing, home health, and Ambulance services. She is married, has two children, and spends her spare time riding motorcycles and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Fran Meeks
Medical Records
Fran is now the Department President for the VFW Auxiliary. She has been with TOP Rehab since 2001, serving in other roles including Medical Records and Marketing. She graduated from High School in Hialeah, Florida and attended Long Beach Community College. She served as TN State Fair Dairy Superintendent 2000-2002. She currently is a member of VFW Post 4188 Auxiliary and has served as Treasurer since 2003. She is Department of TN VFW Auxiliary Chaplain. She volunteers with Schnauzer Love Rescue by fostering, assisting with home visits and transports. She has fostered over 70 Schnauzers who have gone on to their forever homes.
Linda Kay Honey
Medical Billing Specialist
Kay serves as Medical Billing Specialist at TOP Rehab Services, Inc. She has over 35 years’ experience in the medical field. Kay strives to keep current in the ever-changing world of Medical Billing to ensure all the latest regulations are implemented. Her duties include all charge entry, AR, and claim appeals. Kay enjoys working with patients, insurance companies, as well as helping co-workers. She seeks to provide great customer service along with being a valuable team member. Kay has been married for 46 years. She has a son, daughter and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, going to Basketball games, and having sleepovers.

Front Desk Coordinator
Cindy joined TOP Rehab in September of 2019 as Front Desk Coordinator. She has spent the last 21 years in the healthcare industry as Patient Coordinator, which has allowed her to meet many wonderful people. Cindy is responsible for greeting each patient, answering phone calls, preparing new patient charts, as well as other office duties. Cindy has a huge love for music, long walks, family and friends.

Crystal serves as medical billing specialist for Top Rehab Services. She graduated in 2006 with an Associates degree in Medical assisting. She has over 14 years in medical billing experience with a background in family practice. She has been married for 13 years and has two children. She loves reading and spending time with her family.

Lisa Hatfield, PT
Physical Therapist / Owner
Lisa Hatfield received her undergraduate degree in physical therapy from University of Pittsburg in Pennsylvania in 1981. She worked in an acute care geriatric hospital and managed an outpatient orthopedic office in Pittsburgh prior to marrying her husband Rob and moving to his hometown in Tullahoma, TN in 1986. She worked in a private practice in Murfreesboro, TN for two years. In May 1988, she started TOP Rehab Services, Inc and in 1993 built and moved into its current 11,000 square foot facility.
During her 38-year career Lisa has worked with adults and pediatric patients. She began her career in orthopedics and geriatrics specializing in manual therapy, McKenzie, and industrial rehab. She is an Isernhagen Master Clinician for WorkWell Prevention and Care programs including FCE’s, pre-work screens, functional job analysis, ergonomics, and work hardening. At TOP Rehab she has spent the past 20 years working with pediatric patients in the clinic and schools. She is certified in vestibular rehab for patients with balance problems and dizziness. She also treats patient’s with urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Lisa lives in Normandy with her husband Rob. They have 4 grown sons Chad, Ross, Tyler, and Piers, and three grandchildren Keller, Andrew, and Mary Margaret. She enjoys spending time with her family, her church, gardening, traveling to new places, movies, reading, and loves Christmas and the spirit of giving.
Andrea Turner, PT
Physical Therapist / Clinical Director
Andrea Turner is a Physical Therapist and clinical director at TOP Rehab. She has been with TOP since June of 2002. She received her BS in PT in August of 1998 from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to working at TOP Rehab, she worked at a hospital in Glasgow, KY. Andrea has treated a variety of disorders with people along the spectrum of ages. Andrea enjoys working with sports related injuries, joint replacements, and neck/back pain. Tullahoma is home to Andrea, as her family has local businesses here. She is married with 3 kids. Andrea enjoys spending time with family, attending church, and watching movies.

Jessica is a local Tullahoma physical therapist who is passionate in aiding the community to become healthy, fit, and balanced. She specifically has interests in post-surgical, athletic injuries, post-CVA, MVA, TBI, vestibular, gait and balance, and general acute musculoskeletal injuries for individuals of all ages. For her post Tullahoma High School education, she attended UT Chattanooga where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology followed by moving to Nashville to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University. Jessica’s husband, Jordan, is a PE teacher locally and they have 2 daughters, Jennings and Joely, who all enjoy the outdoors and music.

Ashley McMurtry, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Ashley McMurtry received her undergraduate degree from Newberry College while being a dual-sport athlete in basketball and softball, and her doctorate degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Physical Therapy. In her professional career, Ashley has served both children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Autism, Down's Syndrome, gross motor skill developmental delay, CVA, spinal disorders and orthopedic impairments. She has gained experience in a variety of settings such as acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and the school system. Ashley currently lives in Tullahoma with her husband, Cody and daughters Hartleigh, Kinsleigh, Presleigh, and Retteleigh. She enjoys all things sports and being active and spending time with family.
Cara Sipe, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Cara Sipe received her undergraduate degree from MTSU with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and her Doctorate from TSU in Physical Therapy. Cara currently sees adults of all ages for multiple diagnoses including orthopedic and neurological disorders. Cara and her husband, Steven, are both from Manchester and plan to stay in Coffee County. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing music.
Paisley Reed, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Paisley Reed received her undergraduate degree from Motlow State and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Chattanooga State. In her professional career, Paisley has served both children and adults with the majority of her focus being in pediatrics. She treats a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus, Torticollis, and Spina Bifida. Paisley works in both the Tullahoma and Manchester clinics, as well as in the Tullahoma school system. Paisley currently lives in Estill Springs where she recently purchased her first home. She enjoys watching movies, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family in her spare time.
Suzanne Toothman, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Suzanne Toothman is a Physical Therapy Assistant, who graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2008 with an Associate in Applied Science. Suzanne works with pediatric patients in the school and outpatient settings. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses which include, but are not limited to: MVA, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, a variety of Chromosome abnormalities, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Spina Bifida.
Madeleine Nagy, OTR
Occupational Therapist
Originally from central Florida, Madeleine Nagy received her undergraduate degree in Health Science at the University of South Florida and her Master's of Occupational Therapy at AdventHealth University. In her professional career, Madeleine has served both children and adults with the majority of her focus being in pediatrics. She currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN with her dog Tali. In her spare time, Madeleine enjoys hiking, woodworking, traveling, and tending to her plants
Julie Sanders, COTA/L
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Julie Sanders has been practicing as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant since 1993. Her undergraduate studies include pre-OT and Biology at Middle Tennessee State University. She graduated from Nashville Tech in 1993 with an Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She currently holds certification in physical agent modalities and Assistive Technology. Her career has been spent in a wide range of settings, including pediatrics outpatient, school setting, hand clinics, and nursing homes. She has served in various roles including Rehab Director and Assistive Technology Coordinator. She wrote and received a grant from the TN Department of Education for 7 years in a row, providing funding for an Assistive Technology Center in Bedford County, where she provided training to 7 counties in Middle TN.
Her current role at TOP Rehab Services, Inc, includes Administrative duties such as program development, staff development, and grant management. Patient care includes hand therapy, adult and pediatric rehab. Julie lives in Shelbyville with her husband and two sons. She spends her spare time traveling, serving in local government, and spending time with her family and friends.
Teresa Massa, COTA/L
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Teresa Massa received a B.S in Elementary Education at University of Tennessee Knoxville. After moving to Tullahoma, she worked at Skills School for Childhood Development's birth to age three early intervention program for ten years. She returned to school at Nashville State Community College and graduated in 2008 as an occupational therapy assistant. Teresa sees children of all ages and diagnoses in the Tullahoma clinic and provides OT services to the Manchester City school system. She enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and grandson.
Jennifer Lea Hall, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Jennifer Lea Hall has over 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and she is licensed by the board of Tennessee. She received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN in May 1998.
Jennifer’s clinical experiences include: Providing services to individuals from infancy to age 80+ and evaluating and treating individuals with a variety of disorders including: Feeding and Swallowing disorders, Articulation disorders, Language disorders, Voice disorders, Fluency disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Vocal Cord Dysfunction, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Hearing Impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Prematurity, Reflux, G tube feedings, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, Sensory issues, Aphasia, Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Down Syndrome. She also has mentored many new clinicians as a clinical fellow supervisor. Jennifer enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic in order for professionals to collaborate to best meet the needs of each child. Jennifer lives in Wartrace, TN on her 40-acre farm. She enjoys the outdoors, horseback riding and training her dog, Tansie for competitive sports.
Haley Stewart, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Haley has worked at TOP Rehab as a speech language pathologist since 2016. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at MTSU in 2014 and her master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Alabama A&M in 2016. During her studies, she gained experience in public schools, rehabilitation, and hospital settings. During her time at TOP Rehab, she has served both children and adults with a variety of diagnoses, such as articulation disorders, phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language delays, dysphagia, and cognitive communication disorders. She lives in Shelbyville with her husband, Shannon, daughter, Claire, and 2 dogs, Lincoln and Wrigley.

Mikelle received her undergraduate degree from MTSU and her Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In her professional career, Mikelle has served both children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to apraxia, phonological disorders, articulation disorders, Autism, Down Syndrome, expressive and receptive language disorders, dysphagia, sensory feeding issues, and pragmatic language disorders. She has gained experience in a variety of settings such as home health, outpatient rehab, and the school system. Mikelle currently lives in Tullahoma with her husband, Jordan and son, Finn. She enjoys reading, being outside, watching movies, and spending time with family.
Jill Emerson, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Jill received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama in Communicative Disorders. In her professional career, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations and disorders. She has also gained experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a variety of settings including long term care facilities, schools, homes, and outpatient clinics.
Jill has had the opportunity to work with children and adults with Developmental Delays, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Articulation/Phonological Disorders, Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Feeding/Swallowing Disorders. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families. Jill is licensed by the board of Tennessee and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Jill is married to DJ Emerson and they have two children.
Bobbie Albertson, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Bobbie Albertson MS, CCC-SLP. Bobbie graduated from Murray State University in Kentucky and then went on to University of Tennessee in Knoxville and received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She is originally from Indiana, but now proudly calls TN her home. She enjoys all things outdoors as well as reading and watching Netflix. She loves to travel and has even made trips to Japan and Czech Republic.
Ron Clippard, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Ron's adventure in complimentary care began when he was a young adult and developed hobby interests in Yoga, nutrition and Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. After listening to Dr. Andrew Weil speak at a book signing, Ron was inspired to become a massage therapist. He soon attended and graduated from the Tennessee Institute of Healing Arts with a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) from the NMT Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He began a private practice and joined the TOP Rehab team in 2001. Since graduating in 1997 Ron has avidly pursued his education by completing over 1000 hours of continuing education in various techniques and related studies. He has more recently become an Emmett Practitioner and continues along this path to date. Emmett technique is a unique form of bodywork that employs light touch to help with pain and discomfort. Ron's goals remain dedicated to refining technique and treatment for improved patient outcomes.
Heath McCullough, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer
Heath McCullough received his undergraduate degree in Sports and Fitness Administration while playing baseball at Freed Hardeman University. An injury during his Sophomore season sparked his interest in Athletic Training. He was a student athletic trainer his Junior and Senior years. Following graduation, he became an intern athletic trainer at Vanderbilt Sports Medicine Center and provided sports medicine coverage for Belmont University’s Women’s athletic programs. After the completion of his internship, he attended Austin Peay State University and received his master’s degree in Exercise Science. At Austin Peay, he was the graduate assistant athletic trainer for football and baseball. He moved to Winchester in 1996 and was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Tennessee Tomahawks professional baseball team and was the Athletic Trainer for Huntland High School for twelve years. In 2001 while serving as the Athletic Trainer at Huntland, he received the Tennessee High School Athletic Trainer of the Year Award. He has served as the Athletic Trainer for Tullahoma High School since January 2009. He lives in Winchester with his wife, Leanne and their three children, Tommy, Caroline, and Elise. He enjoys spending time with his family, being on the lake, and hunting and fishing with his kids.
Meagan Holt, OTR
Occupational Therapist
Meagan Holt received her undergraduate degree from MTSU with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science and her Master's of Occupational Therapy degree from Alabama State University. In her professional career, Meagan has served both children and adults, with majority of her patient care focused in pediatrics. She currently lives in Winchester, TN with her husband, Dylan and son, Layne. In her spare time, Meagan enjoys coaching gymnastics, traveling, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Tiffany Stella, OTR
Occupational Therapist
Originally from Northern Illinois, Tiffany received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy at Concordia University Wisconsin. Tiffany specializes in serving the pediatric population and has worked with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and various genetic conditions. Her professional interests include sensory integration, sensory-based feeding, and handwriting. In her free -time, Tiffany enjoys hiking, camping, boating, cooking, and spending time with her yorkie, Finnley.
Morgan Farris, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Morgan received her undergraduate degree from TTU with a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science Pre-OT and her entry-level doctorate degree (OTD) in occupational therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Clearwater, Florida. In her professional career, she strives to find innovative, meaningful activities for children with a variety of conditions. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and often integrates these principles for a holistic, mind-body approach. By Fall 2022, Morgan will have completed a series of courses totaling 100-hours to become certified by USC as a sensory integration provider using the classical Ayres Sensory Integration theory.
Britney Keele, SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Britney received her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Communication Disorders & Sciences and her Master’s degree from Faulkner University in Speech-Language Pathology. In her professional career, Britney has taken special interest in treating children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, becoming a Certified Autism Specialist by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards and certified to administer the Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers & Young Children (STAT) by Vanderbilt University. Britney has had the opportunity to work with both children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including: phonological disorders, articulation disorders, Autism, Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury, expressive and receptive language disorders, dysphagia, sensory feeding disorders, and social-communication disorders. Britney is licensed by the state board of Tennessee and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Britney currently lives in Manchester with her husband, Adam. She enjoys riding horses, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Donna D. Ramko, LPTA, HPCT
Donna is originally from Olive Branch, Mississippi. She received her degree in Physical Therapy from Shelby State College in Memphis, TN. She brings to her patients more than 30 years of experience in a variety of settings including inpatient acute care, skilled long term care, home health, outpatient orthopedics, and hippotherapy. Donna lives on her 57 acre farm in Beechgrove with her husband and two teenage sons. She enjoys dancing, singing, and scuba diving. Donna spends most of her free time training and riding horses.
Andrea Goodman, M.S., CCC-SLP
Andrea Goodman graduated from MTSU in 2018 with her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, then went on to attend Faulkner University where she earned her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2020 before coming to work with us at TOP Rehab. Andrea has experience in clinical pediatric and adult outpatient settings, as well as schools. She has served both children and adults with a variety of diagnoses, such as articulation disorders, phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language delays, dysphagia, aphasia, and stuttering. Andrea has also worked with those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. She is a Murfreesboro native who enjoys animals, coffee, movies, the beach, and a good nap. "My career in Speech Language Pathology is dedicated to my brother, Jason, who first introduced me to ASD and sparked my love for the population."
Brandie White, CF, SLP
Brandie White received her undergraduate degree at Middle TN State University and her Masters of Speech Language Pathology degree from Faulkner University in AL. During her studies and time at TOP Rehab, she has worked with a both adult and pediatric patients, with a focus on the pediatric populations, such as articulation/phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language disorders, dysphagia, and Autism. She lives in Manchester, TN and loves spending time with her family, friends, and two pups, Sophie and Trixie.
Heather Moyer, COTA/L
Heather has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for nearly a decade. She received her degree from Nashville State Community College. She had been working at skilled nursing for nearly 10 years. She is certified in Saebo Stroke Recovery. She lives in Tullahoma with her husband ,Chad, daughter, Mackenzy, and bonus daughter, Harper. When she's not on the lake, you can find her at the ballfield. Family is very important to her, so she's heavily involved in everything they do.
Jamie Collins, DPT
Jamie received her undergraduate degree from MTSU with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and her Doctorate from The University of Saint Augustine in Physical Therapy. Jamie currently sees all ages, including multiple diagnoses, and specializes in pelvic floor dysfunctions. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling to new places, playing anything outside, and spending time with her family.
Autumn Leonard, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Autumn Leonard is a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduate of Chattanooga State’s PTA program. She has nearly 4 years of experience as a PTA and has been working at Top Rehab for 2 years now. She has been certified to work with Parkinson’s diagnosis Via LSVT BIG and has a big heart for geriatrics and balance patients. Autumn also works with some pediatric patients as well as post operative patients. Her passion is to see each patient progress toward their goals and accomplish the ultimate goal of improved function, mobility and wellness to the best of her ability. She feels her career is a platform to carry out her calling and purpose in life.

Originally from Illinois, Erika received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Western Illinois University. In her professional career, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations and disorders. Erika has had the opportunity to work with children with Developmental Delays, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Articulation/Phonological Disorders, and Feeding/Swallowing Disorders. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families. In her free time, Erika likes to spend time with her animals and friends.
